How reviews work here

Real callers only. Reviews come from homeowners who called our line. We ask for your call date and the last 4 digits of the phone you called from so we can match it to a real call. We never publish those details.
Every genuine review is published, good or bad. We don't remove reviews for being negative and we don't pay or reward anyone for reviews.
What we don't publish: spam, offensive language, other people's personal details, or reviews that aren't about a pest service.
"Verified caller" means we matched the review to a call in our records.
Reviews describe the independent local company the caller was connected with, not work done by EmergencyExterminators.
