- Antennae: straight on termites, bent on ants.
- Waist: thick on termites, pinched on ants.
- Wings: termites have four equal-length wings that fall off easily; ants have longer front wings.
What to do
- Keep a few in a sealed bag.
- Look for mud tubes on the foundation.
- Call for an inspection.
